We require that our tenants notify us of their intention to move out at least sixty days in advance. We use that time to create our marketing plan. Our mission is to ensure that we land a new tenant as soon as the other has moved out.

At Peak Residential, we conduct property showings 6 days a week to make it easy for prospects to find a time to view the property.
After the showing, we ask that all interested applicants fill out a detailed application form. We then screen each applicant to ensure that they're going to respect the property and the lease agreement.
We require that our tenants pay rent by the 1st of the month. We make it convenient for our tenants by having easy payment options, including an online one.
If for some reason there is a late payment, we’ll notify the tenant immediately and impose a late fee. Usually the tenant abides by the notice and makes the payment. However, in the event that the tenant chooses to ignore it, we may consider filing for their eviction.
Removing a renter is the last resort, but one that is sometimes necessary. Rest assured that we will diligently follow the eviction laws.
