That is why we developed our Agent referral program to let you, as a real estate sales professional, focus only on marketing and sales while we handle all your client’s property management needs. You can rest easy knowing that any client you refer will continue to be your client and any time they decide to sell their property, we will send them back to you.
We have been a trusted partner with Realtors since 1982. Like with your relationships with Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers and other Real Estate Service providers, you need a good Property Management company to offer the full range of valued services to your clients.

How it works
If you refer a client with a vacant house or duplex, you will get paid once we have rented the property and the new tenant has moved in.
If you refer a fourplex or an occupied house or duplex, you will get paid after the third month of management.
